Welcome to my Blogsite -- all about Adventures in Knitting.

As a long time knitter, and fibre enthusiast, there have been many stories, and lessons learned; both good and not so good, that are worth sharing.  The wonder of this craft, besides the creation of all the beautiful things, is that you never stop learning new techniques.  As the knitting community expands with knitters of all ages, we are seeing some remarkable and stylish patterns, available at our fingertips.

If you are new to the craft, I hope you can glean some helpful information from these posts.  If you are an experienced knitter, you can probably relate with many of the experiences, and perhaps have some comments to share that would be useful to others.

Postings will be made on Wednesdays, unless of course something comes up, like a knitting deadline, yarn event, or writer’s block.  In that case, the posting will be made as soon as the distraction is cleared.
